Kajsa Asplund is an I/O psychologist with a PhD in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics. For 8 years, she directed People Science at Alva Labs. Her work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, talent management and organisational practice.

For more than 15 years, she has helped organisations use both research and their unique context to attract, identify, develop and retain the people they need for long-term success.

Kajsa is a published author and frequent keynote speaker on topics such as talent management, employee engagement, and the future of competence.
